How is my Bull BBQ Grill Island shipped to me?

Your Bull BBQ Grill Island is shipped with the finished grill island and appliances (grill, side burner and storage compartments) separate. If you have ordered an Bull L-Shaped Grill Island, each grill island is shipped separately and needs to be connected upon installation. All cut-outs are completed on the finished grill island, just need installation with guided instruction manual. The Porcelain countertop and base finish is installed in factory and delivered to you finished. 

How do I build my Bull BBQ Grill Island?

Your Bull BBQ Grill Island is ready for installation upon delivery. Below is the process to complete installation on your Bull BBQ Grill Island:

1. Removed packaging from all appliances and grill island. It is best do this near the area where the grill island is being installed.
2. Make sure the area of installation is leveled and clean. Make sure all eletrical and water supply is in place and ready for connection, if applicable to your model grill island.
3. Level grill island base from countertop and shim bottom of grill island base to make level across your countertop.
4. Use required screws or lag builts for base to floor installation.

   1. Wood Decking:

      • Screws: Stainless steel wood screws, preferably #10 or #12 size.
      • Lags: Stainless steel lag screws, ⅜ inch diameter.
      • Bolts: Stainless steel hex bolts with washers and nuts, size dependent on decking thickness.

   2. Concrete Flooring:

      • Screws: Concrete screws, such as Tapcon, ¼ inch diameter.
      • Bolts: Anchor bolts or wedge anchors, ⅜ to ½ inch diameter.

   3. Brick or Masonry:

      • Screws: Masonry screws or sleeve anchors.
      • Bolts: Expansion bolts or masonry anchor bolts.

   4. Tile or Pavers:

      • Screws: Specialized screws for tile, used with a compatible anchor.
      • Bolts: Concrete anchor bolts if underlying surface is concrete.

   5. Composite Decking:

      • Screws: Stainless steel composite deck screws.
      • Bolts: Stainless steel bolts with nuts and washers, used with caution to prevent cracking.

Do I need a building permit for my BBQ Grill Island?

3. Homeowners Association (HOA) Rules if you live in a community with an HOA, you may need to get approval from the HOA in addition to or instead of a local government permit.

What is the warranty on my Bull BBQ Grill Island and its Bull Outdoor Product components?

Bull Single Side Burner offers a Lifetime Warranty for its stainless steel cooking grids, frames, and housings. The cast brass burners are covered under a 20-year warranty. Meanwhile, gas valves, painted frames, housings, carts, control panels, and igniters are protected by a 1-year warranty. Please refer to the manufacturer's manual for comprehensive warranty details. Bull Gas Grills guarantees to the original buyer that the grill, under normal residential use, is free from material and workmanship defects for the specified periods. Welded stainless steel burners have a five (5) year warranty. Stainless steel flame tamers are covered for three (3) years. Stainless steel cooking grids, frames, and housings come with a lifetime warranty. All other components have a one (1) year warranty. Bull Refrigerators warranty exclusively covers the refrigerator and its compressor for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, protecting the original owner against any manufacturing defects and workmanship issues. Please note, that while parts are covered, labor costs for repair or replacement are not included. For a comprehensive understanding and any additional details, it's advised to consult the manufacturer's manual, and retaining the purchase receipt is crucial for validating warranty claims. Bull Outdoor Storage Components guarantees, for the original buyer of the Bull Component(s), that under normal residential usage, the product is free from material and workmanship defects for a period of one (1) year, unless stated otherwise. Do I need a Grill Island Cover?

Your Bull BBQ Grill Island is built with high quality outdoor materials, both structurely and countertop and base finishes, so no grill island cover is required. It is best to keep your Bull Gas Grill covered with a Bull Grill Cover and also keep your sink covered. Side burners come with built-in stainless steel covered included.

For Non-Scheduled Deliveries

If you're away, they'll position it close to the garage or main entry.

At BBQ Kitchen Pros, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a return and refund policy.

30 Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service department to receive an authorization number before shipping the item back to us. Please note that items returned without an authorization number will not be accepted. Items must be returned in new condition. 

Return Shipping

We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them. In the case that you decide to return your purchase, we will gladly refund you for the product in its entirety minus the cost of shipping and return shipping incurred by BBQ Kitchen Pros.

To qualify for return shipping, items must be returned in the original packaging, pallet, and within the continental US. Once your return is approved and processed, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Simply print the label and adhere it to the package. Please ensure the returned item is packed securely to avoid damage during transit.

Remember, returns only apply to items returned in the original packaging and pallet. If an item is returned in non-original or damaged packaging, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping costs. In addition, freight shipping is scheduled for pick-up at a specific date and time, which is agreed upon by the customer. and customers must be there at the scheduled time. Missing scheduled freight time will result in a dry run fee which is issued by the shipping company. 

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please make a note of it immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to support@bbqkitchenpros.com on the day of delivery. 

Original Packaging Please keep all the original packaging and pallets for any items that need to be returned. Items that are not returned in their original packaging may not be accepted for return.

Non-Refundable Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under warranty.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Items must be returned in new condition. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

C. Damaged & Wrong Products & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 24 hours if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
